If you don't know what size you need, take one of your favourite T-Shirts, lay it flat on a table and make the following measurements: Length: Measure from the Side Edge of the Collar to the Bottom Hem of the T-Shirt. Width: Measure from the Bottom of the Armpit on one side to the Bottom of the Armpit on the other side. Chest & Height: Measure yourself around your Chest and from Head to Toe!
