Proven faulty stock will be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. Returns will only be considered if notification is made via e-mail to pistache@hotmail.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of goods.
We will not accept returns that have been excessively worn or washed in any other manner than recommended in the instructions on the garment or swing tag.
Additional postage costs for size changes are incurred by the buyer, faulty stock will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
